Gold Class Facilitator Training
Thank you for your interest in participating in National Gold Education-related events! Please complete the form below to register your interest. We’ll be in touch with event details and next steps.
Connecting with students and jobseekers is a great way to give back to the industry and inspire students to think more deeply about their goals for the future. Students are interested in having authentic conversations with those actively working in our gold industry. GIG has plenty of resources to help guide conversation, and we do suggest bringing along a colleague or two, particularly for large events, to share diverse perspectives and ensure meaningful engagement. Members can also take advantage of the fact that GIG handles all the setup and pack down— all you need to do is show up with a pull-up banner, relevant materials, and your team ready to connect and share insights with attendees.
There are some Frequently Asked Questions below for more information.

What do I need to bring?
GIG will do all set up and pack down and we encourage members to bring a pull up banner and any relevant collateral and/or some merch to give away if you like.
What about parking?

Do I need to be a facilitator with the National Gold Education Program?
While we are always looking to expand our facilitator network for our Gold Class Sessions and Career talks, NO you do not need to be a trained facilitator, anyone is welcome.
Do I need a Working With Children’s Check?
If a WWC Check is required, we will let you know in advance and our National Education Lead can endorse your form if need be. Your company will most likely reimburse any costs associated with this, please double check with them.
