Careers Session
These 60-minute sessions are delivered to students in secondary school (Years 9 – 12) exploring various career pathways and the many opportunities available in gold. Gold industry workers will share their career journey and the diverse range of jobs available in the sector through their experiences, worker interviews and profiles. These sessions can be delivered Australia-wide, online or in-person.
STEM Session
These 60-minute sessions are delivered to a single class of up to 32 students in upper primary (Years 4 – 6) and lower secondary (Years 7 – 10) school. Engage your students with real-life challenges run by industry professionals. During each interactive session, students will learn all about gold, its value, relevance, and diverse opportunities, through hands-on STEM activities. Facilitators also provide students with a unique insight into their career journey. These sessions are currently available in Western Australia, Melbourne, and Bendigo.
Each session can be presented to one class of up to 32 students at a time.
Note: Bookings must be made per class, so please make a separate booking for each class. If you book several sessions for the same date, you may have the same facilitator or different facilitators, depending on availability.
